Types of Implant Dentures

• Bar-retained overdentures: A custom bar is attached to implants, and the denture “clips” in place.
• Locator (or ball) attachments: Each implant has a locator that snaps the denture in and out.
• Fixed-detachable hybrids: The prosthesis is screwed in and can only be removed by the dentist — more like a fixed full arch.
